The company was formed in year 2004 with small group (6 People) of highly experienced people worked for big companies. Plant Technical Audit
We can do the complete plant technical audit and can provide detailed report highlighting deficient areas. Normally we make reports which contain short and long term improvements measures. The short term suggestions are the areas, which will give improvements without any investments. The long term improvements are the one which require investments.

Plant Optimization
We can take full optimization contract and practically show the client the authenticity of our technical audit. We can also take full operation contract for a specified period. We have optimized plants and have got very good results in several of them. We also make small PID loops for automatic operation and have given production improvements of around 5-6% at least in all the cases.

New Design
New concepts of plant lay out and general arrangements with focus on minimum auxiliaries and cost efficiency.

Layout Engineering
The company members are highly experienced in layout engineering and can make a plant layout to have less equipments and less operation cost throughout. All the layout design is done in 3D, which enable client to see 3 dimensional view of plant. The drawings can be adjusted at site and the effect can be seen immediately.

Process Engineering
Process Engineering is one of the strongest points in our organization and we are capable of designing the best process for complete plant in terms of easy operation and less operating cost. The process engineering is done on Simulation Program, which enables us to see the actual operation in plant and allow us to adjust the operating parameters without changing the actual operation. We can as well change the operation parameters for any production level and see the effects. The simulation program allows us to see the bottlenecks practically and to suggest solutions for improvements. Last but not least, it saves lot of time and helps us to deliver the results fast.

Raw Mix Design
We can design the raw mix to reap maximum benefits and good product quality. We work on self develop programs, such as adjusting a raw mix up to 12 components and 4 types of fuel inputs. We have designed raw mix to use up to 20 % of blast furnace slag which directly increase the clinkerization capacity without changing any equipment. The percentage of alternate material use depends on raw mix quality. We can design the Alkali bypass system and raw mix for easy operation. We can design raw mix to suit alternate fuel firing like, rice husk, bagass, pet coke, plastic waste, tyre chips, wood chips, municipal waste, Bio and medical waste, animal waste. The raw mix design is done on Simulation Program to visualize the effects in correct perspective.

Detailed Engineering
The members of the company are highly experienced and have executed many turnkey projects for detailed engineering. Our detailed engineering includes complete fabrication and detailing of all the equipments supplied from our end. We also do the consultancy for plant in case it is required to check the drawings and approve. All the layout design is done in 3D which enable client to see the 3 dimensional view of plant. The drawings can be adjusted at site and the effect can be seen immediately. The chances of errors in drawings are minimal as most of the drawings are generated automatically. The revision in drawings is automatically accounted and reduces the chances of confusion.

Tailor-Made Engineering
There are lots of problems in cement industry with equipments irrespective of new or old. These are the problems which are inherent with machinery and most of the big suppliers don't give any solution to the problems. We in Saiphia make tailor made solution for the problems and can guarantee to solve any type of these issues to maximum possible extent, which in turn saves a lot of money. It has been our experience that the payback period for most of the modifications comes out to be around 3-5 months.

Erection and Commissioning Services
We can provide experienced personal for erection and commissioning services either on per diam basis or otherwise with a proper schedule to save time for these activities. Block interlock diagrams, PID and control logic can be made available as per the requirement.
